The Image House was founded by Gail Morgan whose qualifications, experience and expertise are matched by her approachability. Having worked in the image consultancy industry since 1991, following a career in retail management, she has helped thousands of individuals, SMEs and corporate giants, local authorities and universities as well as a number of celebrities and politicians.

Gail is a Fellow of  The International Federation of Image Consultants (IFIC), was President of the organisation from 2002 to 2004 and is an Assessor for the IFIC/City & Guilds Masters Award in Image Consultancy. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner and qualified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Step I and Step II Practitioner. Gail has extensive experience in executive coaching and her professional knowledge has been sought and featured across a variety of media, including TV, radio and various printed publications.
